DartDiscounter.nl has become the online platform for dart lovers. With more than 5,000 items in stock – from darts and dartboards to accessories – the shop is a fixture in the market. Yet in 2017 there was a major challenge: the existing webshop and brand image did not match the ambition to become the number one darts specialist in the Netherlands.
The issue
How do you take a discount web shop to the level of a strong brand that convinces in both conversion and brand experience?
Our role
We developed and realized the complete rebranding of DartDiscounter.nl. From strategy and concept to execution: a total project in which e-commerce, branding and performance marketing came together.

The solution
The rebranding began with the development of a new e-commerce platform, including redesign and improved user interface. We also built our own brand proposition (Dutch Darts) that underscored the professionalism and affordability of the brand.
In parallel, various marketing channels were deployed and optimized:
- SEO & SEA – Structural improvements in content and technology, combined with smart campaigns through Google Ads, remarketing (RLSA) and Customer Match.
- Social marketing – Large peak moments around tournaments were leveraged with campaigns and Facebook apps, which exploded reach and engagement. A single post reached more than 250,000 people and generated more than 7,000 comments.
- Email marketing – Personalized action mailings, tailored to preferences and click behavior, replaced the traditional batch-and-blast approach.
- Branding & corporate identity – New visual identity, headers, social creatives and action mechanisms that made the brand recognizable and distinctive.

The result
The results were immediately visible: within six months the number of transactions doubled, sales grew to over € 600,000 and DartDiscounter.nl became the recognizable platform for dart fans. With Dutch Darts, a strong sub-brand was also introduced that gave conviction to the entire proposition.
