Eastmen has been a specialist in the mediation of professionals from Eastern Europe to Dutch companies since 2007. But with increasing competition and a rapidly changing labor market, the need arose for a brand that not only exudes confidence, but is also future proof in all digital channels.

OMA was asked to completely reposition Eastmen: from brand foundation to digital infrastructure and international campaigns. The result: a rock-solid brand story, a scalable multilingual website and a powerful digital marketing machine that puts Eastmen on the map as the trusted partner for technical professionals and employers alike.

We took on the entire process: brand strategy, visual identity, digital transformation and performance marketing. All from one integral plan, allowing Eastmen to sustainably stand out in a competitive market.
