In regio\u2019s met meerdere zorginstellingen en opleidingspartners ontbreekt het vaak aan overzicht, samenwerking en gezamenlijke wervingskracht. Hoe cre\u00eber je een platform dat deze partijen bij elkaar brengt, instroom stimuleert en kandidaten op een laagdrempelige manier activeert?<br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-onze-rol\">Onze rol<\/h3>\n\n<p>Wij werden betrokken vanaf het allereerste strategische vraagstuk: hoe kunnen regionale zorgorganisaties gezamenlijk optreden om opleiden, instroom en ori\u00ebntatie beter te organiseren? In nauwe samenwerking met de initiatiefnemers ontwikkelden we een schaalbare propositie, een merknaam en een <a href=\"https:\/\/www.online-marketing.amsterdam\/en\/services\/strategy-and-consultancy\/marketing-strategy\/\">digitale strategie<\/a> die past binnen de uitdagingen van de sector \u00e9n de verwachtingen van de moderne gebruiker.<br\/><br\/>We hebben het hele traject begeleid: van merkpositionering en UX-strategie tot content, platformdesign en technische realisatie. Alles met als doel: overzicht, vertrouwen en activatie.<br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-de-oplossing\">De oplossing<\/h3>\n\n<p>Het resultaat is <strong>Regionaal Opleiden<\/strong>: een gebruiksvriendelijk platform waarop zorginstellingen en opleiders hun aanbod kunnen tonen, kandidaten zich eenvoudig kunnen ori\u00ebnteren \u00e9n aanmelden, en waar de onderlinge samenwerking zichtbaar wordt gemaakt. Via slimme filters, doelgroepgerichte content en een overzichtelijke structuur maken we het eenvoudiger voor potenti\u00eble zorgprofessionals om hun weg te vinden in het opleidingsaanbod in de regio.<br\/><br\/>Het platform is bovendien toekomstbestendig opgebouwd, zodat nieuwe functies \u2014 zoals matchingtools, dashboards of agenda\u2019s \u2014 eenvoudig kunnen worden toegevoegd.<br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-gerealiseerde-onderdelen-amp-diensten\">Gerealiseerde onderdelen &amp; diensten<\/h3>\n\n<p>Deze case raakt vrijwel al onze expertises.
